The most affordable tour is the Perast and Our Lady of the Rocks (2h) at €30 per person. It is an excellent introduction to the Bay of Kotor and perfect for cruise passengers with limited time.
What is your most expensive tour?
The Private Full Kotor Bay Tour and Swimming (6h) is €540 per boat (up to 6 passengers). This is the ultimate full-day private experience covering all the highlights of the bay with extended swimming time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash (EUR), all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Payment can be made online during booking or in person before departure.
What currency is used in Montenegro?
Montenegro uses the Euro (EUR) as its official currency, even though it is not an EU member state. All our prices are in euros.
Is there an entrance fee for the Blue Cave?
Yes. There is a small entrance fee for the Blue Cave (approximately €5) which is included in our tour price. You do not need to pay anything extra.
Is there an entrance fee for Our Lady of the Rocks?
The entrance fee for Our Lady of the Rocks museum is approximately €2. This is included in our tour price on the 3h Blue Cave tour. On some shorter tours, it may be paid separately.
Do you offer group discounts?

How do I book a tour?

Can I cancel my tour for free?
Yes. All tours include free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. In case of bad weather, you receive a full refund or can rebook for free. No questions asked.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. After booking online you receive an e-ticket by email. Simply show it on your phone when you arrive. No printing needed.
What time do tours depart?
Shared tours have fixed departures, typically at 09:00, 11:00, 12:00, and 13:00 depending on the tour. Private tours can depart any time between 08:00 and 18:00.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 days in advance during peak season (June-September). The 3h Blue Cave tour often sells out. Off-season, same-day bookings are usually available.
Do you offer tours in winter?
We operate from April through October. During the off-season (November-March), tours may be available on request depending on weather conditions. Contact us via WhatsApp to check availability.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If a tour is cancelled due to bad weather, you receive a full refund or can rebook for another date at no extra charge. Our captains make safety decisions and will inform you in advance if conditions are unsuitable.
What if I am late for my tour?
Shared tours depart on time and cannot wait for late arrivals. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before departure. If you miss your tour, contact us immediately to rebook for the next available slot.
Do I get a refund if I miss my tour?
Missed tours due to late arrival are not refundable. However, we will do our best to accommodate you on the next available departure at no extra charge, subject to availability.
Can I book a private tour for just two people?
Yes. Private tours are available for 1 to 6 passengers at the same price per boat. It is popular with couples and small families.

What is the Blue Cave in Montenegro?
The Blue Cave (Plava Spilja) is a natural sea cave on the Lustica Peninsula near Kotor. Sunlight enters through an underwater opening and reflects off the white sandy bottom, creating a stunning turquoise-blue glow. You can swim inside the cave during our tours.
Can you swim inside the Blue Cave?
Yes. Swimming inside the Blue Cave is the highlight of our 3h and 6h tours. The water is calm, crystal-clear, and about 4-5 meters deep. Life jackets are provided. Swimming is optional.
How long is the boat ride to the Blue Cave?
The Blue Cave is located on the Lustica Peninsula. The speedboat ride from Kotor takes approximately 30-40 minutes each way, passing through the Bay of Kotor.
What is the best time of year to visit the Blue Cave?
The Blue Cave is most spectacular from May through September when sunlight is strongest, creating the vivid blue glow. July and August offer the warmest water for swimming. June and September have fewer crowds.

What is the water temperature inside the Blue Cave?
Water temperature inside the Blue Cave is similar to the open bay, ranging from about 20°C in early summer to 25-27°C in July and August. It can feel slightly cooler inside the cave due to shade.
What is the difference between the 3h and 6h Blue Cave tour?
Both tours visit the Blue Cave, Our Lady of the Rocks, and cruise through the bay. The 6h tour adds extended beach time at a secluded spot, more swimming time, and a more relaxed pace.
Can I snorkel at the Blue Cave?
Snorkeling is possible during swimming stops at the Blue Cave. We do not provide snorkeling equipment, so bring your own mask and snorkel if you wish. The underwater visibility is excellent.

When cruise ships tender (anchor offshore and use small boats), it takes longer to get ashore. Factor in extra time for tendering when choosing your tour. We recommend the shorter 1h or 2h tours if tendering time is unpredictable.

Are life jackets provided?
Yes. Life jackets are provided for all passengers in every size, including infant sizes. Wearing them is optional for adults but mandatory for children under 12.
What safety equipment is on board?
Every boat carries life jackets for all ages, a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, GPS navigation, VHF radio for coast guard communication, and emergency flares. All boats undergo monthly safety inspections.

We use modern, well-maintained speedboats with powerful engines, comfortable seating, sun canopies, and full safety equipment. All boats are regularly inspected and maintained by our in-house team.
Do you own your boats or rent them?
We own and maintain our entire fleet in-house. This allows us to ensure consistent quality, safety standards, and maintenance schedules. We do not use third-party boats or subcontractors.
How fast do the speedboats go?
Our speedboats cruise at approximately 20-30 knots (37-55 km/h). Speeds vary depending on sea conditions and the specific part of the route. The ride is thrilling but safe.
Are the speedboats covered or open?
Our speedboats have a sun canopy covering the main seating area. The front seating area is open for those who want full sun exposure. Sunscreen is recommended regardless.
Is there a toilet on the boat?
Our speedboats do not have onboard toilets. However, restrooms are available at the departure point and at stops such as Our Lady of the Rocks island and Perast.
Is there shade on the boat?
Yes. Our speedboats have a sun canopy over the main seating area. Some seats in the front are open to the sun. We recommend sunscreen regardless of where you sit.
Can I sit at the front of the boat?
Yes. Front seats offer the most exciting ride and best photo opportunities. They are open to sun and spray. Seating is first-come, first-served on shared tours.
Can I rent a boat without a tour guide?
All our boat rentals come with a licensed captain. In Montenegro, operating a speedboat requires a license. Our captains also serve as guides and know the best spots.

What should I bring on the tour?
We recommend sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, a towel, a swimsuit (for tours with swimming), a light jacket for wind, and a waterproof phone case. Water is available on board.
What should I wear on the tour?
Wear comfortable, casual clothing. Bring a swimsuit underneath if your tour includes swimming. Non-slip shoes or sandals with heel straps are recommended. Bring a light layer as it can be windy on the water.
Are flip-flops okay to wear on the boat?
Sandals with heel straps are preferred for safety as flip-flops can slip on wet surfaces. However, flip-flops are not prohibited. Just be cautious when moving around the boat.
Will I get wet on the speedboat?
You may get some light spray, especially at the front of the boat. If you prefer to stay dry, sit toward the back. On tours with swimming stops, you will get wet if you choose to swim.
Can I store my belongings safely on the boat?
There is limited dry storage space on board. We recommend bringing a small waterproof bag for electronics. The captain can help store valuables in a secure compartment.
Do you provide towels?
Towels are not provided. Please bring your own towel if your tour includes a swimming stop.

Can I use a drone during the tour?
Drone use in Montenegro requires a permit and is restricted in certain areas including near the Old Town. We do not allow drone launches from our boats for safety reasons.
Do you have seasickness bags on board?
Yes. Although the Bay of Kotor is sheltered and seas are generally calm, we carry seasickness bags on every boat. If you are prone to motion sickness, we recommend sitting at the back of the boat and looking at the horizon.

Our departure point at Park Slobode is immediately adjacent to the Old Town walls. It is a 2-minute walk from the main Old Town gate and 5 minutes from the cruise port.
How do I get to Kotor?
Kotor is accessible by car, bus, or cruise ship. The nearest airports are Tivat (8 km) and Podgorica (90 km). Dubrovnik Airport in Croatia is 90 km away and a popular option with a scenic border crossing.
Is there parking near the departure point?
There is paid parking near the Old Town of Kotor and at several lots near Park Slobode. During summer, parking can be limited. We recommend arriving early or using alternative transport.
Can you pick me up from my hotel?
We do not offer hotel pickup for boat tours. However, our departure point at Park Slobode 1 is centrally located and easily accessible by taxi or on foot from most Kotor hotels.
Do I need a visa to visit Montenegro?
EU, US, UK, Canadian, and Australian citizens do not need a visa for stays up to 90 days. Check with your local embassy for specific visa requirements for your nationality.
Do you offer transfers from Tivat or Budva?
We do not offer road transfers. Our tours depart from Kotor only. Tivat is a 15-minute drive and Budva is a 30-minute drive from our departure point.

How rough is the sea in the Bay of Kotor?
The Bay of Kotor is a sheltered inlet, so seas are generally calm. The ride to the Blue Cave on the open sea section can have moderate waves, but our captains adjust speed for passenger comfort and safety.
Do tours run in the rain?
Light rain does not stop our tours. Our boats have canopy coverage. Tours are only cancelled in the case of strong winds, storms, or high seas. If cancelled, you receive a full refund or free rebook.
Can I be dropped off at a different location?
All shared tours return to the same departure point in Kotor. On private tours, drop-offs at nearby locations such as beaches or restaurants along the bay can sometimes be arranged. Ask when booking.
Do you offer combination packages with other activities?
